Doctors kill more people than lawyers do!! White is to mourn the death of someone, at least in the Hindu society. Doctors mourn all the time, coz they know that the only people they get to see is the sick ones. Black is the orginator. Before anything exists, it is indeed black. The more the "black matter" you have, the more creative you are. Lawyers are expected to be creative--to make their points.
