The power and influence of Bill Clinton is such that, his wife, irrespective of her capabilities which would been passed by as another flash in the pan; is actually considered as a legitimate candidate. With due respect to her competence, but for my money, bar Regan ( to some extent), there have not been a president in US who have been as influential or charismatic as Clinton. after all, who else could have sat on the hotbed laced with fire and still maintain his job, approval rating and in fact is by and large considered the most influential leader in America even now.
