Pilot jee, There is nothing wrong in Dara 127. It does not give a discretionary power to the King, forget an unlimited one. It is the extra-constitutional power of the monarchy, which we were in denial for long, that has been making ridiculously false interpretation of the dhara. We need to scrape the monarchy, not dhara 127, off the Constitution.
