hahha..so we are alll achhar experts..... my granny was such an expert she used to spend days drying and cooking stuff....especially miss her kutke khursani ko ahhar...damn...the ingredients was so vast..all spices..concentrated lemon or chuk and loadsa greeen peppers.,,like stir it for almost six hours on low heat...and stir it and stir it and stir it and taste it and add some and stir it and stir and stir it and add some and stir it and some and stir it....and then and then and then and then and then and then....... I give UP ;-)
