Totally agreed... Seems like lot of small scale chor danka phata are entering anyways so why not make the best of it... Like Nevada/ Las Vegas I think someone should open a big Casino in Rolpa...get all the chors attracted to one place....keep shut the maoist....glue together Paras and gYane to casino girls and floor...Rest of the country will bank on the project like switzerland...A peaceful haven for all third world criminals...Even Lord Pashupati willl agrree..after all we're all animals...
