Gham pani if u wish to get a job in western european country ..the first and foremost thing u can do is master in these languages 1) French 2) German 3) English if possible spanish too. Now the question of getting a job directly from Nepal is if not impossible then somewhere near to it. my advice to u if u r not currently in Europe is get an admission in a university ,at the time u are doing ur courses try to learn the languages, now with a university degree and languages in ur hand u can move on frm country to country for a job and its not that hard to find one .
