Let me explain my scenario little bit better. Then may be you can help me with your knowledge of business law. They are not charging me for breaching the contract. They are charging me the tuition for the training. I have signed a document about it. But, at the time of signing the document, I asked for a copy but said they will give it us once we get the project. It was a three-four page document and I think what's written in it was if i get a project through them, then the placement company, which is a sister company of theirs, will pay the fee for me. Otherwise, I have to pay. So, what do you think? Will they really proceed or they will let it go?
