Friends, I am working as an accountant and they are paying me little less than the market rate for accountant but the good thing is they are sponcering me for H1B. My resume is still on Monster.com and every week I will get more than 2-3 calls. Since i have experiance now, they are offering me more than what i am earing now but I havent told them that, they need to sponcer me.....? Sould i move to another company or stay with the same one and once i got the H1B, then i will have more option? But the company I am working with is not paying great since i do not have any experiance. So what do you guys think ? Any geniun help will be really appreciated.
