Little learning is a dangerous thing..........so I don't think its logical to comment on this and thats ....through distance.Since most of us are away from the real scenario and most of us are aware that politics works a lot in Rampur .This issue(Dean's issue) may be a part of Rampure Politics. He may be right at some points and may be wrong at some................pros and cons kinda thing. Just my opinion
