ubiquitous has a good point. the part-time option is good if you are not looking to switch careers/industry. with 3-5 yrs experience + an mba, you can move up the corporate ladder in your current industry easier, because you will have had the real world, hands-on experience, plus the educational certification. you can pull this one off if you have a cool boss, who will cut you some slack from time to time. you also need to ensure that you continue to do a good job at work. however, if you want to switch careers, you need to go full time. plus, you will be less stressed cos you won't be juggling schoolwork and employment. but you need to start talking to people soon, cos you will need to have your grad essays + ets tests (gmat or gre) + letters of recommendation by this winter if you want to enroll next fall (2006). the earlier you get started, the better.
