Another Option is taking part time school while working. That way you don't have to leave your job and you can support your tution fees. So when you get out from school in 3 to 4 years you will have 5 years of experience + MBA or MS. Which will be a great asset on you and your resume. But this is only possible if u have H1 or green card. I hope things will work out for you.
