He broke the law by not carrying the driver's license. 3. He broke the law by trying to intimidate Mr. Baba for stopping him. 4. He broke the law by trying to smooth talk Mr. Baba, inviting him to come with him to Thana and discuss the matter. This is not simply the issue of breaking a traffic rule, it is also an abuse of power. Obviously this guy is not the only cop who routinely abuses his citizen-given right, so book should be thrown at him and he should be made an example.
