Hello All, Has anyone ever been sponsored from a college/university for an H1B visa? I heard that the 65,000 quota does not apply to higher education insititute/non-profit organization? Is that a true statement. If someone has any experience with filing an H1B visa, could you please share it here in the forum? Any good lawyers that you would recommend?
