I don't know the entire procedure of making chana chatpey.Matter of fact, I havent had it in close to decade now...Tara the chatpatey made by street vendors surely tasted good...a guilty pleasure esp when my parents told me not eat it. ALso, those Piro ratoo tituaras..infront of STX ....you cant beat .. come to think of it, I see my digestive system really weak now...back then even if I swallowed a rod..it would just be fine..lol
