Leadership is a quality, and no quality comes through heredity. If two great leaders born in a family, that can be just a coincidence. Many people in present leadership have to be aware of this fact. My request to them is not to make politics as a family business or a livelihood. Politics shouldn't be a mean to enjoy glory of power. You are not a special person rather you are responsible person. If leader slightly misuse the power that will make many people cry. This is what happening now. Unlike your some buddies you may not be a corrupt leader. However, situation has proved that you are incompetent. Your capacity to offer to the society doesn't meet the demand of the society. That's why you have to back off and give chance to new leaders. This will be the great contribution on your part. Please contribute! Nation needs your contribution. Don't worry about the new leaders' capability. I assure you that they will do fine. I am an ardent advocate of democracy but I don't want the democracy you have offered in last 14 years. I have seen such democracy in an Indian state of Bihar for 58 years. A leader is one who is responsible for the every single person of the society, who knows the right path, helps the society to progress towards destination, and make the group safely arrive to the destination. Check yourself whether you have these qualities. To my little understanding of you, you don?t see one. So please don't be arrogant, accept this fact that you are not the right person for the leadership. I am optimistic that some people would have born for real leadership. They will change the wrong definition of leadership prevailing in our society, that is, leader is the one who can deliver long-long speeches and doesn't keep his single word. New leaders will be real persons of deed with honesty as their strength. They will be persons with vision who know where we are, where the world is, and which is the shortest route to catch the world. They may not only inside the seven parties; they can be amongst the royalists and Maoists as well. I am eagerly waiting for such leaders. Thank you!
