Hushpuppy you are move in tune with ideal situations whereas I am more down to earth. You want there to be a system that will take 5 years to build then it will be very efficient and good for the workers. What you are forgetting is that impoverished people are dying right now because of lack of money/food/medical care. They can't wait 5 years for your ideals to take shape. They can't wait for smart people like you to lobby around in hotels and dinners and make decisions about how to make the working conditions ideal for them. They need jobs right now. Their family are hungry right now. What good is the money 5 years later, when their sick child is dead because of lack of medicine or food.
