The more you insist, the more stubborn they become. So, the best thing is once you express her about your intention, wait a few time for her reply. If you don't get a yes soon, just put your mind away from her. Otherwise, it affects your life. I had this gal years back, liked her, loved her and told everything I wanted to tell her. She just kept silent neither yes nor a no. I wanted a firm reply but she would never give me her words.
