All of these detention turn into jail sentences or property seizure ONLY if these people are not well connected. The ones that are well connected, gets out scot free. What happened to all those top ranking police who were questioned by the CIAA? Are you in jail for thier corruption or still enjoying the vast amounts of riches they have cumulated?
