HarkeDai, I am 100% sure that he was 'Janardhan Nepal'. He was just Ma Bi Ni in 2042 but as a child, I was told that he was DEO. Later, he became DEO of Okhaldhunga in 2047 when I passed SLC. I had some chats with him at that time too.
