if the movie is Nepali and if the title is really "Mirchi", it could be a film set in the Terai region of Nepal. Just a guess. And it must be one of the artsy short films ... these are usually good ones .. remember Ujeli? or short-feature Mukundo? I wonder if there are any plans on showing the movie in other cities besides NYC.
