A year before election in the US there were constant news of heightened security alert in different cities. Orange, Red alert levels. A propaganda of fear which paid off very nicely for Mr Bush who now enjoys his second term in office. After election, no more security alerts. No need to keep the country in fear. At least he should have had few more just to make the past ones more believable. Wouldn't be surprised if it all starts again close to the next election. Can't win 'em? Scare 'em.
