Articles that must be included to the new constitution: 1:Army, armed police and civil police should be under the control of taxpayers and shalll be represented by the central govt. which will have the final say on the fate of the security agencies including police and army. 2: Monarch shall have no role or any authority in army or police or any government agency. 3:Royal family members shall be liable to all the applicable laws of the country and will be liable for ciminal procecution for the past crimes and violation of the laws of that time period. 3: Nepalese taxpayers shall not carry the burden of funding for the unnecessary previllages given to the royal family. 2: Nepal shall be a secular state. No perticualr religion shall interfere with the state and its laws. 3: Reginal autonomy be granted to people of each region to govern themselves in their local affairs so that they can resolve their issues among themselves. This will drastically reduce the grievence and rage of people of different race, ethnicity, religion or creed towards the state and greatly reduce the chances of forming some armed group to engage in armed stuggle against the state in future.
