Nepali Bhai, You can go to any place. That is right and also once you get your paper visa where it says you are a "Permanant resident" take that paper along with your trip to canada. At the port of entry you have to surender that paper and they will take your pic along with your family memember who applied along with you. They will ask for your address where they can mail you your PR card. You will receive your PR card in the mail in 2-3 weeks..Then you can apply for Social Insurence Number like we call it Social security Number here in USA. But for your Health card I think you have to be residing in Canada for 3 month before you can apply for Health Card unless the law has changed now. Good Luck to Start a New Life in Canada.. Peace
