Hi NU: Well, no offense hai, just to begin with, where in the world are you my dear new-user. Are you in west, I mean not to mention in Africa included? I have seen plenty, including myself, many asian, whenever they land on the land of opportunity, they swell like a big balloon as if the dry stomachland was arid for centuries, and boastful for being so "Khaayeko and Laayeko", as if there is no tomorrow. I am sure, you are in the very western hemisphere. Just wondering.... One just quick reminder, I have seen some of my pals, who are very carefree and happy-go-lucky-fellow, they are quite good on maintaining their weights, but the friends of mine, who constantly worries and thinks a lot, they tend to fall in two categories. One, either they are very obese or two very lean and thin. I think, you have a high metabolic rate. Just enjoy your lean and thin ride, or else once you hit the obese mark, it is sorta difficult to melt down all those burgers, fries, tacos, hotdogs etcetera etcetera from your love handle...
