People in my department told me I need to reaply if I change university even though the visa is not expired because of the university name in the visa. But luckily I didn't have to do that. Rather than listening to many, the best would be to talk with the people at international center or talk directly with the people who went through this issue. I don't have any first hand experience on this matter. Sorry if its making you confused
