KankaiRiver, I doubt on that. I-20 is the strongest doc. for students to stay in US. One can stay in US if he/she has valid I-20 even though the visa is expired. You must have noticed the name of the school printed in the visa. Since the school has been changed, I am pretty sure your cousin has to apply again if he goes back. Now back to Veer. I know of two visa reject incidents. One was out of status in undergrad and another didn't have transcript with her. She was asked to bring the transcript, but I don't know what happened later. The person who was out of status is still in Nepal. As long as you have strong and vaild docs. and you are in status, nobody is going to stop you.
