Change of Constitution is the principal demand of Maoists. In that regard they seem to be advocating right cause, don't you think that? The Army and other security forces should come under Ministry of Defence, Council of Ministers or Security Council etc. Whoever command their authority has misused them; as the king has at present. Gun is the most powerful commodity in a lawless country like ours. Worse even, the present Constitution is unadequate and incomplete in this regard. An instutution of respectable law and right implementation of that is a minimum requirement of the country now.
