Nitu's points are awesome.. Here's how I think we work on democracy 1. Individualism:Each person has to understand that you are living for your needs: shelter,food,love,self esteem and self actualization.(maslow's) Anyways the point is be independent, if you are then you wudn't cry for help from here and there. That should solve the problem of the first two needs of roti and makaaan. This applies for any good relationship as well. Most people try to find a partner who will complement each other's needs. That way you expect the other to accomplish what you yourself can't. So before you realize you are stcuk on depending on each other and the relationship wears out soon. If you were both independent---you achive the third need of hierarchy - love - . 2. Socialism: To diffrentiate yourself from plants and animals - you need to CARE. caring comes from doing the right things the right way. This applies for leadership in job and in society. Leaders become what they are by not enforcing your beliefs like a dictator as like GYANE. Leaders are once who know and do what they are telling others to do. If anybody can go out live the life of that poor potato farmer of the mountains, then they could be a leader. But then a good leader shows ways to improvise life, not retrogate. If youknow let others too..help out . Be confident to weed out wrong doers, be able to cherish and celebrate each achievement with the ones who sacrificed most for your freedom...it leads to the fourth need self esteem. 3.Spiritualism: You need to stop and think..hey you have one life. Your sons, daughters, spouse, wealth and even your dog is gonna leave you one day. So why bother hating yourself for doing things that you would not want to do in the first place. To be able to live for your own peace is one hellavajourney..can we all bring out our mother Teresas and Bonos in US?? Most nepali people - 75 % are thinking about the first need. Grow a veggie garden or do whatever you need to find a way out. Centuries of men have toiled hard to do so and good luck. 23 % are running after things that wud make them feel better socaiillly. We need them to stop there and then before they get more greedy like most of us making ourselves better in other country while draining the nation's economy. Well you need to help the 75 % there. 2%..corrupters..they're opposites of the spiritualist so get rid of them once. we need people there in nepal to give hope, work and help others. I think my conclusion ( god i'm soo sleepy) is that we need to create a DESH PHARKENI ABHIYAAN TO ALL Nepalese from allover the world. Enuf is enuf its about time we be responsible for things we care.. SO What do you guys think about DESH PHARKANEY ABHIYAAAAAN
