I have seen lotta fields that a business can be improved . The major part is leadership style. World scenario is cahanging to lean system than the heiarchial system. Small teams with delegated authority can do better than doing everything at the top. Other thing qualtity improvement, internal control, etc. Softawres like ERP systems that could be SAP, or Oracle any other caould be helpful in management. Its expensive to implement. But major factor I noticed while I worked there was everything being done at the top. Too much burecracy. Burecracy is the result of inefficient mangement (from GOOD to Great). That sounds true. Good employees are left out because of burecracy. This is going through vaguely. Its a vast topic and there lots of rooms for improvement everwhre from environment to internal culture.
