Let's ASSUME the driver was at fault for reckless driving or failing to let a police vehicle pass... Does that petty traffic violation warrant physical abuse of the driver by the police? Come on, guys! There should be such a thing called due process of the law. Disproportionate use of force, in this case, on-the-spot beating of the driver for failing to let a police vehicle pass is a BLATANT and DISGUSTING violation of a citizen's right. Now, let's ASSUME that this was an isolated incident, and that not all security personnel are this bad, although, I find it hard to believe that most of them are not just as bad, if not worse... Let's see some action towards prosecuting the "bad apple" in the bunch!
