PRESIDINGEARTHLY i am not sure where you want to go, but you will get visas for some countries whether it will be hard to get the western european countries but countries like singapore, thailand or korea.. you will be able to get the visa. They may not ask your visa status here and i presume you came here for F1 status, its very likely that if you apply the visa around May, saying that you are having summer break and just wants to visit the country, very likely you will get the visa.
