Man!!!! cant stop writing!!! Of course my mom was a bit shocked to notice her chubby little daughter turned into a thin little zombie. But after my mom continuously feeding me I was again back to normal. I was treated so special. All my cousins were treating me with so much love. But the holidays ended as soon as they started, it was July. And when it was time for me to go back, I couldn?t help but cry. ?MOM, pleaseeeeeeeeee one more day and then I?ll go back. Please mom please.? So I was allowed to stay for one more day, but then back it was to school. When I reached there the temp. was 48 degree Celsius. With no air conditions and fans that revolved so slow that I could count how many times it was going around school became hell. I started getting rashes all over my face and body. The heat was so immense and we had to walk to places when the sun was blazing on our faces. Soon my face was so bad that no one could recognize it. And there was one more problem.. lice. The heat made us sweat and the sweat evolved into lice. My long curls soon turned into short unmanageable hair. SO from a chubby girl with long hair I had turned into a thin girl with short hair that was tangled all over. The bad stuff doesn?t end here yet. In that immense heat where any food would have cooked by itself, we were NOT allowed to wear any sleeveless clothes or shorts. Skirts had to be below the knee, and as only geeks wore skirts below the knee, we did not wear skirt at all. So slowly I changed into a tomboy, jumping all around. Bad things started happening then. I had a miserable fight with my friend, for whom I had gone to Hisar in the first place. My room mates changed and some of my money was mysteriously disappearing. The only good thing was that I had 2 room mates from Nepal, and there was a total of 7 room mates there. Slowly time passed by and we made more frens. But there was a time when rumor had it that I was a lesbo too, and that?s the worst rumor possible at that time. I cried and prayed to god daily that I could return home, but it never happened. I had to live there and face the people pointing fingers at me. That rumor disappeared after some time too and I promised to myself that I would be strong and not cry. I would never cry again no matter what happened. Academically, Sanskrit challenged my brain everyday. I decided to join coaching classes. One thing that we weren?t allowed there was to be late for anything. If we were late for meals we would not be allowed to eat that meal and so on. So when I always got late for my Sanskrit classes along with the other two nepali room mates of mine, we had no other choice but to make up excuses. We wud run as we reached the class, and act as if we ran all the way? ?Maam.. (phew ..phew.. breathing hard..) we.. did not? hear the bell.. for the class? so we were late.. and had to run? all the way?.!!? So of course we were excused. The poor soul was so good to us. On the last day we even put sancho balm on our eyes and pretended to cry. When she asked why we said ?maam, Anita ko gal stones hai.. hammey abhi abhi pataa chala? hamarey friend ko kuch ho gaya to hum kyaaa karenge?. Sob sob? ( Anita who was one of my nepali room mates, has gallstones. We just found out, what do we do if something happens to her.) She did not teach anything that day.. :D
