The powerful Royal Commission for Corruption Control has decided to recommend Pyuthan district court judge Birendra Kumar Karna's case to the King Wednesday for necessary action against him, reports said. Judge Karna was arrested last Wednesday on charges of bribery and was interrogated for two days. The RCCC on Tuesday released judge Karna on condition that he present himself before the commission anytime when needed. According to reports, the commission has asked him to appear before it at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
