Sathi Ho............TelNepal sucks........Never ever buy cards to call Nepal from TelNepal. It said 18 minutes to Call Nepal for $5 card but it actually gave 8 minutes only....Yo ta siddhai Thugi bhayena ra???.......and they again are not willing to reimburse for the minutes lost by customers rather than jhara tarnu sibaye....saying that call tomorrow and again day after tomorrow to customer service.......who the hell would have time to keep on calling them 100 times??.... A customer may switch to another business rather than keep on calling for 2/3 days on the same FU**ING customer service to get reimbursement of 1 or 2 dollars........they don't even know a simple business policy......... HOW THE HELL THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS???? I AM AMAZED!!!! They are doing business as if they have chiyapasal in Mungling...........Khaye khanus mann nalage janus na, no any fu**ing resposibility towards customers........... ..Nepali le gareko business bhanera i didn't say anything rather than decided to switch to other cards next time........but they themselves should take initiatives towards their customers concern If they really wanna do business in USA. If they are not serious on these concerns they might get sued someday and turn Bankrupcy............. TelNepal ko card bikreta haru lai belai ma chetana bhaya.................
