Hmmmm distraction re. Well tyo professor ko class ma matra distract bhayeko bhanechai may me your professor is too lame. Tesko lagi chai u can eat some limes b4 u go to that paticular class.Hahahaha it helps u keep awake all way long through ur class. Physically distract bhayeko bhane chai yea do some yoga if possible as chetterni le bhane jastai or u can do some exercisee,jogging,skipping stuff sports which helps u run ur blood though ur body and keep u fresh all way long day in a daily basics.And one more early to bed and early to rise makes u feel less distract and freshness too. Beside that aba tarkarii ma nuun ko satta chinii halne distract, chiyaa banauda dudh ko satta khursanii halnee distract,kapadaa dhudaaa sabun ko sattaa shampoo le dhunee distract bhayeko ho bhane chai timi gayoo.Hehehehehe...tesko lagi solution chai jo sanga distract bhayekoo tehi sanga salla garna utaam huncha.
