what i meant by the way was that the former bbc correspondents in nepal did a much better job...i am not saying a bbc correspondent has to gratify the monarch...i am not even a royalist really but one can criticise things without paying attention to such minor details..daniel lak constantly criticised the rulers of the country but in a respectable manner, i myself dint agree with him the entire time but his articles were very pertinent to the political state of the country the bbc correspondents or any news correspondents are supposed to be there to discuss the current state of nepal and not to fill in an entire paragraph with who wore what : "He cut a relatively svelte figure in his green ceremonial uniform, his left breast pocket a blaze of medals and ribbonry, his shrunken midriff fitting neatly within the confines of a gleaming gold-buckled belt. ".....who the hell cares about this?? criticise all you want but you re not their to discuss whose wearing what and whether the king has lost weight or not..in my opinion this is a very subjective article written by yeah an ex fashion designer who doesnt know much about nepal...
