Also, it's very hard to identify some bhrasta people and bring cases against them. Becasue their parents might already had big big proprties. It's easy to catch people like Wagle etc. who came to Valley on chappal, and now they have mahals. But there are other bhrastas, who were already rich due to parental properties. They also embezzled AKUT money during their tenure. If we indict them, somehow they can show that they got it from parents. And there are other type of bhrastas, who are already out of service after amassing lot of money, but now they are running business. If CIAA gonna go after them, they will try to escape by money laundering, claiming that they recently earned trhough profits from thier business. Another thing to remember is, the chief of CIAA himself is believed to be corrupt person, who was placed by then poltical parties (Girija?). So that guy cannot be effective in dealing this. CIAA has been there for so many years... But how many bhrastas have been brought to justice so far.. VERY FEW!!!!
