Dile babes, ke chaa..its ethics that form culture..ethics is right or wrong..whereas culture constitutes ethics, behaviors ...people.. that was what we learnt in school.. in real life..when you first go to work at a place..you have to know their work culture is..how lenient they are...how to speak,..when to smile..when to laugh..when to joke...after settling in you begin to act ethically..i.e. not going wrong..beyond what has been applied..but those were the same ethics that formed the culture of the organization before you entered... i guess it goes in circles..always give examples and answer your ques...for school..so you'll get straight A'sss aiiit lassi take care
