if you are little tech savy try this http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=1501&page=6 dont try to take out the moterboard battery. I know you are not resetting the BIOS password but rather windows xp password, if you are using home edition they just hitting enter leaving the password feilf blank.
