Terrosrists are the one who target innocents for poltical motives. If you say maoists are not terrorists then there nobody is terrorists. If they were not terrorsits they would not have blocked the supplies in KTM, attacked schools, extort people, murder the civilians. Everybody terrorists got poltical mo0tive behind terrorism. So does maoists. They chose the path of terrorism.
