manish bro!!! bhutanese govt in in indian pocket.. but i think bhutanese ppl still wanna be friendly with nepali community... i dont know how good it would be to judge them.. wearing the spec of inaian policy imposed on bhutan. Maybe bhutanese dont like indian attitude for their own country... and they still feel all those bhutanese refuse are the part of their own country.. and they see nepalese very friendly... just a thought...
