Maoists are terrorists cause they are wiping off the people with different opinion. They are extorting. If the amount is not paid then then they wipe them out too. Revolution is supposed to for the better good of peole. Only targets people for their poltical agenda. Here in the case of maoists they are targeting people whom they claim to be protecting of.
