what is making you confused? they are terrorist and all their ideology is to terrorize nepali people. their sole intesion is make our life measurable. so far i have not seen any good, done by this terrorist organization. nepal bandh, brutal killings, planting bombs,and abducting students are just to name a few activities to rank them as terrorist number one.
