its aite chatmandude.... abmulance in 4 min after dialing 911 could be a rule... but now always.. depends on what neighborhood you are living.... like if you are really really in black neiborhood... then do not expect them to arrive within 4 min.... had read some stories about it in the newpapers... and been to such places couple of times... so that at least i believe that fact.
