Some republican advocate fronting himself as Gagan with a pretty good command of the English tongue with an American flair has concocted this bogus letter. Sounds like some Iraqi dissident's plea to the Americans that manifested itself into the American invasion bringing a whole lot of chaos rather than much hyped "freedom and democracy".
