Being Forced for a job is unethical, but when we look at country's situation, it has been loosing jobs, so this creates a difficult situation for the goverment. And prostitution is just an another job, in the law's eye. SO, fault lies in women corner too, she sud have been little careful before she telephoned or applies in any such places. ( i do not think Brothel called at her house, without her having any involvement).
