King must pick talented and wise people from Universities, College or Other Civil societies, but not only from oldies or old ministers from old Nepalese governments. But these kind of new people must get serious trainings or workshops like Nepalese political information, administrative, governmental, legal system and moral. They must take oath of life and death before they take position in Nepalese government offices. Because old ministers from old Nepalese government are not clean morally or politically. Those people are already old or weak physically and mentally. Those people are vision-less for the country. What do you think people?
