If he's talking about army raping mothers and sisters, Indians are doing it to them everyday. They are getting the fresh flesh everytime. Now future Nepal needs to tell everyone that who is raping who. Is armies are the ones they are raping women or its Nepal's ousted political system's insecurity that raped thousand in last decade.
