I think the worst are the ones who are educated in the west when the go home. See the examples of Bhek Bahadur, PC Lohani, Ram Sharan, Mohan Man Saiju, Pashupati Shamser. They were neither with the people not with their mentors, just developed the skills of hanging on to power no matter who comes to rule!!
