Here is my advice: -Modify the "afno gaun afai banau" program, repackage it and introduce in each of the VDCs nationwide -Clean up the administration, introduce efficiency, be more customer oriented, seek inputs from people, punish those kaam chor chair warmer karmacharis, root out the corruption from all offices (hardly any work gets done in a government adda without a ghush or without an afno manchhe) -Assess the needs of karmacharis in the bureaucracy (there are way more employees than needed), train/motive the karmacharis at all levels, modernize bureaucracy/introduce technology, change the system from BS to Gregorian calendar to be at par with the world; give a golden handshake to those who are redundant and non-productive -Now is the time to punish those who got the government job (civil, police, army, teachers, and corporations) with a fake academic certificate. Dan Bahadur Shahi, now the home minister, who is a former secretary at the Public Service Commission Secretary, had announced that there are 50,000 government employees with faked academic certificates. -Arrange a public trial of those leaders who have earned wealth beyond their known source (this should include the money they spent in sending their kids to America and other countries) -Keep the cities clean. Keep the international airport clean. Impose fine on those who litter, but do keep the dust bins. Liquidate the national shame carrier RNAC, privatise it. -Pata kasou those who have not paid the loans from the government banks. Since you said the King G reads it, I was going on and on but I think it is enough for now. I hope he does.
